Penalty Shoot-out from the United Kingdom: the law, the operators, the game
Penalty Shoot-out is easy to reach from the United Kingdom, but the operators listed here all work from abroad, outside the UK licensing system. Here is what that means, who accepts British players and how the game plays.
- RTP
- 96.00%
- Multipliers
- x2 to x32
- Demo
- 5,000 DEM

Can you play it legally from the United Kingdom?
The UK Gambling Commission licenses online casinos, and only its licensees may advertise to British players or take their deposits. It is one of the most tightly enforced regimes in this guide.
The operators listed here have no UKGC licence and operate from overseas. GAMSTOP does not cover them, and a British player whose withdrawal is refused has no UK body to take the complaint to. Players must be 18 or older.
Playing on these sites therefore means stepping outside a system that is actively policed, not merely unregulated. That is worth weighing before a first deposit.

We have a partnership agreement covering players from the United Kingdom with each of these operators, and they appear in the order of those commercial agreements. Whether Evoplay’s game is on offer has not been checked operator by operator: look for Penalty Shoot-out in the lobby and check that your balance can be kept in pounds sterling before depositing. Bonus terms differ from one country to the next and have not been checked locally, so none is quoted here.
How the penalty game works
Penalty Shoot-out is an Evoplay instant game built on a single penalty kick. You pick one of 24 national teams, set your stake and tap a target in the goal; every goal in a row moves the ball one step along the bar, from x2 to x32 on the Street version.
A save by the keeper ends the round and the stake is lost, along with the streak. After each goal the Collect button pays out what has been won so far. Evoplay lists a 96.00% RTP and a maximum win of €2,400 on Street; the demo on the home page runs with 5,000 DEM credits.
