Can you play it legally from New Zealand?

New Zealand has long limited online gambling to two domestic providers, the TAB and Lotto NZ. The operators on this page all run from overseas.

A licensing regime for online casinos is being introduced. Until that regime applies, offshore sites sit in a gap: not licensed, not barred, and with no New Zealand authority to settle a dispute. The minimum age is 18.

Between Australia’s ban and the UK’s licensing, New Zealand is offshore-only for now, with a regulated market on the way.

9 operators that accept players from New Zealand

We have a partnership agreement covering players from New Zealand with each of these operators, and they appear in the order of those commercial agreements. Whether Evoplay’s game is on offer has not been checked operator by operator: look for Penalty Shoot-out in the lobby and check that your balance can be kept in New Zealand dollars before depositing. Bonus terms differ from one country to the next and have not been checked locally, so none is quoted here.

How the penalty game works

In Penalty Shoot-out a round lasts a few seconds. You choose a country from 24, set the stake, then tap a target inside the goal to shoot; the ball moves along a bar of multipliers with every goal.

Five goals in a row reach x32 on Street, while a single save wipes the round and the stake. The client only runs in landscape, so turn your phone sideways; the home page demo gives you 5,000 DEM to try it.
